I’m not sure whether the indentation in my nose is an alar cartilage issue or a nasal valve issue. Some doctors say it’s on the nasal valve side and that I need a spreader graft, while others say this is an alar cartilage issue and that I need cartilage grafting. I think it’s on the alar cartilage side, but I really don’t know what’s what.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
