I’m looking into getting my nose implants removed, and I honestly don’t care if my nasal bridge gets lower, but I really hate the idea of the nasal tip spreading. So if they say that just removing everything will ruin the nasal tip, whether they leave cartilage in to reshape it or take something new only for the nasal tip and redo it, I don’t think I can do a total removal. But could leaving cartilage in also have side effects? Not donor rib cartilage, but autologous cartilage. How is it for everyone here who left cartilage in at ㅅㅅㅇ ㄱㅇㅅ ㅍㄹㅁ? No issues and satisfied?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
