I’ve been seeing a lot of posts lately about closed surgery, but from what I read, even though it doesn’t leave a scar, they say there are limits to shaping the nose. Then doing it with an open approach is the right choice, right? The whole reason I’m getting revision surgery is because it looks too natural.... So far, I’ve only looked into ㅂㄹㄱ, ㅌㅇㅅ, and ㄱㄴ, so if anyone here has had revision rhinoplasty at any of these places, please share an honest review.
