I had my hump shaved, and they said they'd open it up and refine it as prettily as possible, but I saw a review saying aesthetically it seemed just so-so, so I'm wondering if, when you had hump shaving and removal, they refined it for you and whether it didn't end up looking broad and flat I'm also curious whether you had simple cartilage repositioning, where the cartilages used during surgery are returned to their original positions. I'm also curious whether tying the nasal tip cartilages makes it look pinched I'd be really, really grateful if you left a comment
