My first surgery was 15 years ago and revision was 12 years ago. I did it together with paranasal augmentation in Gwangju, outside Seoul. I think the nasal silicone implant is 6 mm. My original nose was like a newborn baby’s nose with no nasal bridge at all. The left is my original nose, and the right side is all current photos. If there are no complications, I want to live like this forever, but like the very bottom photo on the right, my nasal dorsum looks protruded under certain lighting, so I’m considering replacing the silicone implant. The two photos above are also current, but depending on the light it sometimes doesn’t show. Should I just do it at the place where I had it done before, or should I go to Gangnam? Looking at my old nose, I was satisfied with my nose thinking this must have been the best possible result, but if I go to Gangnam, could it come out prettier and better?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
