It has been 1 year and 2 months since I had rhinitis surgery along with rhinoplasty using silicone for the bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Lately, the aching and the pain from my glasses pressing down have gotten worse, so I want to remove everything. I searched around and narrowed it down to several places, and I’m thinking of doing it at one of these 3: ㅅㅇ, ㅍㄹㅁ, or ㅅㅅㅇ. If you’ve had complete removal, please share your honest reviews. At the place where I originally had the surgery, they scared me by saying that if I remove the septal cartilage, my nose could collapse, so I’m scared
