I only had cosmetic rhinoplasty, but when I had it removed, they said nasal valve surgery had also been done. They said they left it because they were afraid it might collapse if they removed it. Are there cases like this? I had CT scans taken at several places, and they said I don’t have a deviated septum and that my symmetry is pretty clean. I didn’t have rhinitis either. And if anyone here knows what’s bad about not removing a spreader graft, please replyㅜ
