When I had my first surgery, I just went without really knowing anything, and since this is a revision, I’m reading way more reviews and looking up all kinds of things, you know~ I’m watching YouTube videos from Item, The Door, Louvre, and AB too, and I’m in the middle of building this one-sided sense of closeness with the directors... But when you actually go for a consultation, are they the same as they seem in the videos? They seem kind on screen, but I’m wondering if anyone is actually kind of... well... a bit different when you go in person
