Is there a high chance of going back to my original nose? Assuming they didn't touch the nasal septum or anything like that and only used ear cartilage. But it's been almost 10 years since the surgery.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
