It’s been about three years, and I think it ended up like this because I just went and had surgery without knowing anything. They osteotomized my nasal bones to make them a bit narrower, put silicone on the bridge, removed some fat from the nasal tip, and used ear cartilage for the surgery. And it wasn’t even alar reduction, but the shape of my nostrils got weird too, there’s no columella at all, and my nasal tip actually got even puffier, so from below it seriously looks like a pig nose. Every time I look in the mirror, I get so stressed I want to die. Please ignore my skin in the bare-face photos 1-3 Also, they did the alar reduction externally, and the surgical scars formed like little pore-like holes……
