It has been 2 years since removing L-shaped silicone, but pain has developed and my nasal tip has become red

I had only L-shaped silicone inserted without any manipulation of the nose, and in July 2022 I had only the silicone removed. I had been doing fine without any problems, but suddenly I have had tenderness for two months, and while feeling like the alar cartilage is spreading out, I feel something showing through and touching toward the left side of the nasal tip. Is this inflammation? I went to a large ENT clinic near my home and explained my symptoms, and they looked inside my nose and only said it was rhinitis. When I said I had had silicone removed before and had redness and pain, they glanced at it during the consultation and said it seemed inflamed, then prescribed antibiotics, but they diagnosed it as inflammation without even taking a CT scan ㅠㅠ Where should I go to find out whether it is inflammation or something like that…
