I went for a consultation about removing silicone, and they said that because the silicone was inserted long, the alar cartilage may be distorted. If so, they said they could straighten the shape somewhat with cartilage repositioning. Can this also have side effects? I had never even thought about cartilage repositioning at all, so I have no information ㅠ
