My natural nose was especially short, small, and low, but when they opened it up, they said my nose originally had no septal cartilage. I asked if there are people who don’t have that and whether that meant it had been a deformity, and they said it couldn’t exactly be described that way, but that occasionally, when they open the nose, there are people like me who don’t have septal cartilage. So I wonder if that’s why my nose was especially low. Is there anyone here who was born without septal cartilage like me?
