I can feel a round piece of cartilage inside my nose, and the nasal tip is uncomfortable too. I also do not know how long I have to keep living so cautiously. I had it done at one of the top three, and reviews here mention it, and I added one more place, but I do not know whether it would be better to just remove it at the place where I had it done.
