I had autologous costal cartilage and silicone for my nasal tip. Is there anyone whose upturned tip came down after removing only the silicone, while leaving the nasal tip as it was?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
