It’s not that I dislike the nasal bridge I had done with the existing silicone, but there’s a lot of talk that silicone will eventually cause inflammation and contracture, so I’m a bit worried. I didn’t raise it much from my original nose, so there isn’t a lot in there. This time, I was looking into revision surgery because I’m thinking of raising my nasal tip and bridge a bit more, and that’s what made me start worrying. It’s been 3 years since the surgery, and last year I changed my eye style to something a bit more dramatic, so the feeling that my nose doesn’t match has become stronger… The shape of my nasal tip has also changed slightly, but it wasn’t to the point that it bothered me a lot, so I had just left it alone. But I don’t really like the feeling that each part of my face looks separate, so I’m thinking of just changing the nose style from my current nose by adding height + making the nasal tip more defined and projected. For autologous rib cartilage, I’m looking at Another, R U, Nana, and Louvre. Nothing is confirmed yet, and I plan to decide after searching a bit more.
