Is an upturned nose different from the nasal tip being lifted because of cartilage tying? I didn’t even use an implant, but after surgery, as time goes by, my nostrils actually show a lot more and my nose looks lifted too… The doctors say that because it was implant-free and there’s only ear cartilage, it’s absolutely not contracture ㅜㅜ The nostrils are stressing me out so much
