I had surgery 2 and a half years ago with 1 mm silicone and septal extension. Too many pores have appeared around the area where the scar tissue formed. Is it just because I was born with this kind of skin, or is it because of a scar tissue side effectㅠㅠㅠ If I remove the silicone and remove the scar tissue at the same time, would it get a bit better? Has anyone had experience with scar tissue removal surgery?
