Has anyone here had protruding Hiko threads removed? You’re not supposed to just cut them or pull on the protruding part, and it’s definitely right to do it through an open approach, right? They say they have to open it because of the barbs and adhesions, but the price is almost the cost of nose surgery, so I’m planning to combine functional rhinoplasty and cosmetic rhinoplasty for my first surgery. Would that be okay?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
