If I do only nasal tip cartilage tying without using silicone on the nasal bridge, can I see a big effect? My alar width is not wide, but the nasal tip itself feels bulbous, so it looks big… The nasal bridge is low too, but I’m scared of side effects, so I can’t put in silicone. Is the risk of side effects high even with only nasal tip cartilage tying?
