I have a retruded chin and severe asymmetry, and while undergoing orthodontic treatment, the asymmetry seemed to become more noticeable rather than improved. Because of the stress, I'm seriously considering surgery. Would it be better to do all three facial contouring procedures? It seems like everyone only does the full 3-contour facial contouring, so has anyone had surgery only on the chin tip?
