The manager was really kind, very humane, and felt professional. When I asked about overly aggressive procedures, they steered me back to a reasonable line, which was nice.
The chief doctor was really kind and sweet. They touched around here and there, and even without looking at the CT separately, they understood the problems with my face and my needs, then explained the results, which felt very professional and made me feel they had seen many cases like this. The consultation was long and detailed, with drawings as well. (It would be even better if they examined the CT carefully and gave the consultation that way, but since they are so expert, maybe they can tell at a glance T_T) I am early in the search process, and because the consultation was at the opposite extreme from my previous hospital, I came out to visit more clinics. If I do not find a place that really clicks after visiting them all, I will probably come back to Director Im. But it is just too expensive T_T
