I’m really going crazy

I posted below too, but it’s already day 17 now. But the swelling hasn’t improved. I feel anxious. They say time is the medicine, but I’m wearing the compression band every single day and drinking pumpkin juice diligently, so why is it not going down like this.. The swelling underneath still hasn’t gone down, so it looks round and undefined, and I don’t know if it’s because I’m wearing the compression band, but even the front area where the band doesn’t touch is swollen. Is it good to keep wearing the compression band? I’m staying shut in at home. It has to go down quickly so I can work and do things, so that makes me even more anxious.. At the very least, it really needs to go down to some extent within this month so I can work from next month The weather is so cold that walking around is hard too.. I feel like I’m going to get depressed.. Were you all like this too? Judging from how it’s going down now, there isn’t much time left until it’s been a month, so I just doubt whether there will be major improvement, and I am going to the hospital on the 22nd, but.. since every day looks the same, I’m really anxious.. They told me to wear the compression band for a month. Did you all do that too? And I’m doing cold compresses, but some posts say warm compresses are good. Is that right? And how do you do them.. warm compresses. Please tell me
