I'm 4 months post-rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, and a week ago I developed inflammation inside my nose, so I'm taking antibiotics. From the outside, there doesn't seem to be a problem. But it still hurts so much when I wear glasses that I can't wear them If I remove only the silicone, will the inflammation and the glasses problem both be resolved
