Has anyone had revision rhinoplasty with Director S.J.W. at DL Plastic Surgery? I went there while looking into removal, but they said total removal isn’t possible because the nose would turn up, and suggested lowering only the nasal tip with ear cartilage and removing the silicone. Since it’s an upturned nose, I thought I would need rib cartilage, but they said ear cartilage would be enough to lower it. But for me, I need this nose surgery to be my last one and be done with it, so I’m wondering if ear cartilage alone will hold up for life Has anyone got reviews to share?
