If you’re looking into revision surgery and plan to use dermis, you really need to research it carefully before doing it.. I have several friends around me who used dermis, and among them, at least 1 or 2 always end up going in for another revision surgery...;; Some hospitals sometimes give dermis injections, you know? To try to prevent absorption? But even with things like that, it seems like the areas that absorb it still do absorb it.. From the start, the dissection needs to be done well and it needs to be handled properly so it won’t get absorbed, but places without experience..? In those kinds of places, even just a few months after surgery, it apparently spreads out completely... This is something I witnessed.. Sometimes there are people who say they’re going to remove silicone and use dermis for the nasal bridge, right? Personally, I actually think it’s better to keep the silicone and just add dermis over the areas where the skin is thin.. If you stack dermis on the nasal bridge and build it up thick, then it spreads.. there’s really no answer. It becomes Avatar, seriously Avatar. That’s not all swelling; it looks spread out because it gets absorbed.. For dermis, I think it’s right to go to hospitals that are mentioned a lot and have many related reviews, and I think you really need to check their experience I’m writing this briefly based on what I personally saw, heard, and experienced while looking into revision surgery with donated dermis at ㅅㄱ.. It’s not much, but I hope it helps you think about the fact that this can happen too..!
