I had an osteotomy because of a hump nose, and apparently if it goes wrong, the airway can become narrowed. I naturally thought it was because silicone was inserted, but if the osteotomy is the cause, isn’t that irreversible? I had at least been holding onto the hope that if I removed it, I’d be able to breathe through both nostrils like before, but I feel like I’m going crazy now. Has anyone here gone for consultations at ㅊㅁ, ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅅㅇ, or ㅍㄹㅁ for a problem similar to mine?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
