Before/after/after/after I was dissatisfied with the line too, but more than just that, contracture had started, so I ended up getting revision rhinoplasty at Avec Plastic Surgery. They say contracture can really come suddenly... and it was true. I don't even know when it started progressing... Since revision surgery itself was already decided, I was thinking about what material I should use, and the director recommended a method of fitting the implant to match my nasal bone and cartilage. When I looked up more reviews separately, they said it has less foreign-body sensation and a lower possibility of side effects, so I decided to proceed that way haha For revision surgery, the bruising and swelling are not severe, so I think they'll go down quickly if I take walks diligently! I wanted it to improve with an absolutely natural feel, and I'm satisfied because it seems the surgery turned out well, with no artificial feeling at all, just like my own nose. I'm going to keep checking my progress carefully from now on :)
