I’m considering revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, so I’ve looked into ㅋㅂㅈ and ㅇㅊㅂ, and additionally I’m looking at ㅅㅇ, ㅁㅋ, and ㄴㅈㄹ. What do you think? Or are there any other places that handle autologous costal cartilage well? If possible, I’m looking for a private clinic or a hospital around the size of 24 staff, so if you know any places, please share

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
