During my first surgery, I had an incision in the columella area, and as the nasal tip became much higher, the shape looked awkward and my philtrum also lifted slightly. If I just lower the nasal tip a little, will the philtrum look natural again too? My nostrils also look big, and I think this will need revision surgery,,, For clinics, I’m looking at places like Chiyu and Knit where the representative director performs the surgery and there are many reviews saying they’re meticulous.
