I’m a man, and I had a second revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage and silicone. Because it was raised with autologous costal cartilage, my nose looks flashy, but my face feels like a house while only my nose feels like a buildingㅠ It feels like it doesn’t blend with my face, so complete removal feels a bit much, and I want to lower the silicone and lower the nasal tip to make it a little more naturalㅜㅜ Should I just remove it entirely?ㅠㅠ I’m so conflicted. I looked it up, and I want to go to one of these three places: Seo Sang-woo, Yoo Won-il, or Prima. If you can share cost reviews, thanks thanks

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
