I’m a man, and I had a second revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage and silicone. Because it was raised with autologous costal cartilage, my nose looks flashy, but my face feels like a house while only my nose feels like a building It feels like it doesn’t blend with my face, so complete removal feels a bit much, and I want to lower the silicone and lower the nasal tip to make it a little more natural Should I just remove it entirely? I’m so conflicted. I looked it up, and I want to go to one of these three places: Seo Sang-woo, Yoo Won-il, or Prima. If you can share cost reviews, thanks thanks
