V-line nose thread lift from 8 years ago

I had a V-line nose thread lift at Gangnam 365 8 years ago. When I went for a retouch a month later, a thread had come out inside one side of my nose. They said removal was possible if I wanted it, but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. They didn’t strongly recommend that it had to be removed right away either, and it was so painful and the swelling was so severe that I thought it would be okay, and it has been okay until now. But about two months ago, I started feeling like the inside of my nose was swollen, and sometimes discharge would come out, then stop. I thought it would be okay, but now the tip of my nose has turned red, and today yellow pus formed, so I popped it. I didn’t handle it properly because I was too complacent. All of a sudden, I’m wondering whether I need to have the V-line nose threads removed or whether I should treat the inflammation first. I’m so unsettled and have no information, so after searching around, I’m leaving this post. I’m in Gwangju, so it’s not easy to go all the way to Seoul, and I don’t have any information. What should I do?? First, I think I need to get treatment for the inflammation in Gwangju, but I don’t know where to go. Please give me some advice.
