When I go for consultations, some places say that since the alar cartilage is folded, even if I remove it, the shape will be better than before. How much should I believe this? Are they just saying it to reassure me? Looking at reviews, some people here say it keeps spreading exactly like their original nose, and some people here say it feels somewhere between their original nose and their surgical nose.
