I’m getting revision rhinoplasty because the silicone is showing through. I also have a step-off difference between my nasal bridge and nasal tip, so I don’t just want to have it removed. Whether they use autologous dermis or something else, I want to get revision rhinoplasty again. It’s not contracture or inflammation or anything like that, but if it’s silicone showing through + a drooping nasal tip, is that still considered a difficult revision surgery? I got recommendations for places where acquaintances had surgery, so I’m thinking of visiting ㄱㄴ Plastic Surgery and 4ㅇ31ㅇ Plastic Surgery. I’m not going right away though, I’ll do some online research first, and I think I’ll go around winter since I also have to take time off workㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
