It’s been 10 years since I had nose surgery, and at some point I started seeing a step-off between the silicone and cartilage on the dorsum of my nose, but it’s becoming more and more visible, so it’s really stressing me out ㅠㅠ Especially I really don’t want to go right under places with strong lighting because the step-off stands out even moreㅠㅠㅠㅠ Has anyone had revision surgery in a similar situation to mine and had a successful case? ㅠ ㅠ I’ve had consultations at several places too, but I still can’t get a feel for it

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
