After my first rhinoplasty, my columella became tilted, so I received an after-service correction and had revision surgery. Now I’m looking into a third surgery because of visible nasal tip cartilage. I’d like to inquire about consultation on the surgical method, materials, cost, etc.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
