I had rhinoplasty 13 years ago, and lately the implant showing through at the nasal tip has gotten worse, so I thought it must be time for revision surgery. These days I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty. Back in my day, I guess L-shaped silicone was popular. I had that done through a closed approach, plus something called cat surgery ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I even had the area under the nose/philtrum raised. Next year, it’ll have lasted 14 years, so isn’t that a long time? My mom says isn’t the usable period too short though ㅋㅋㅋ Anyway, if there’s a place where they don’t put in cotton packing, can remove the silicone and operate right away, and the recovery period is within a month, please recommend it. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
