For now, I’m leaning toward doing complete removal and only having nasal tip surgery. Places like S.S.O., B.Y.O., S.O., and P.R.M. are all known for being good at foreign body removal, so I’m thinking of making appointments first. Does anyone know about how much I should expect for nasal removal costs? It’s not because of silicone inflammation or anything like that; I’m planning revision surgery because I have a pulling sensation
