Please recommend a clinic for removal because of a foreign-body sensation. But I’m not sure whether complete removal is the right choice, or whether I should at least have a non-implant procedure. But I also don’t want to use costal cartilage, so I do think removal is probably the right choice. It’s so difficult. Is there a clinic that explains things clearly and firmly?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
