Is there anyone here who didn’t do full removal and left cartilage in the nasal tip or put new cartilage in? I want to do full removal. I want to remove everything without leaving anything, but because the shape might collapse, there are people who can’t do full removal and leave something in the nasal tip. If cartilage is left, I wonder if it becomes hard or if you can’t make a pig nose. I’m curious what the nasal tip is like for everyone who had removal I’m considering the clinics ㅅㅇ, ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅊㅁ.
