I’m getting removal and revision surgery the week after next. It’s with autologous costal cartilage, so I’m really worried. They said exercise is possible at least one month after using autologous costal cartilage, and that swimming should be after three months because of the scar. For the workout enthusiasts here who had autologous costal cartilage, how was it when you exercised after recovering?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
