Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Please look at my revision rhinoplasty design

Hello, I booked a revision rhinoplasty for next week. First of all, after my surgery, my nose became longer than before surgery, and the nasal tip drooped a lot. Especially when I see side-profile photos taken while I’m smiling, it looks so strange that I honestly feel like I want to die.. It looks like a witch nose. I went to 2 clinics, and both directors told me similar things in the same general direction. They said my existing nasal bridge is too high, so they would lower the silicone further. I’ve never thought my nasal bridge was high, but I guess it doesn’t harmonize well with my face. Anyway, we decided to lower the silicone more and harvest autologous costal cartilage to lift the drooping nasal tip. I have some questions. I have a dragon-like nose. From the front, my columella hangs down, but my nostrils are visible, making an M-shaped nose. At the first clinic, along with the things mentioned above, they said they would also do nostril lowering? surgery. At the clinic I booked, they didn’t mention nostril lowering surgery. They did say I have a dragon-like nose at the clinic I booked too. Still, the reason I booked the second clinic is because their style was exactly my style. Everyone, I have some questions. 1. My nose is long, so if they lower the bridge even more from here and lift the tip, won’t my nose look even longer? 2. When I see the doctor before surgery during the time to finalize the design, if I want nostril lowering too, can that be reflected? 3. If I have surgery without nostril lowering and they lift the nasal tip, will the nose shape look too strange??

I’m attaching photos of my nose and the design the doctor made for me.
