I’m trying to remove my nasal silicone implant, and I don’t have any trouble breathing at all, but they said my nasal septum is deviated and that they need to straighten it during surgery. I’m strongly considering doing it at this hospital, but I don’t want this part, so I can’t make a decision. I went to consultations at 4 hospitals, and all the other places said there’s no need to do it. Has anyone here had a deviated septum straightened when removing silicone even though they could breathe well? This is making me hesitate. For reference, I already used septal cartilage during my nose surgery, so I’m also curious whether a deviated septum can still be straightened even after that.
