No matter how much I think about it, I feel like I preserved it for no reason. They say that even if it’s removed, there may be a bit of a straight-cut feeling at first, but in most cases it fills in with tissue and comes back. But the area between my philtrum and nose is still tight and hard, so my upper lip doesn’t lift as much and making facial expressions feels awkward. Can this be removed later with a closed approach?ㅠㅠ
