I'm looking into revision surgery because my silicone shows through, and the doctor at ㄷㄹ really explained things in detail, like what the condition of my nasal cartilage is and how much septal cartilage I have. He seems to be someone who prioritizes doing it safely, so I'm drawn to him. For me, he said to remove the silicone and use ear cartilage on the nasal bridge to smooth out the step from the 5 mm silicone. But my nose is a bit upturned, so I said I wanted to lower that too, and he said he couldn't use the other ear because I have a piercing there. He said wouldn't it be a waste to use autologous costal cartilage just for this, but I still want to have the nasal tip worked on, and if I only remove the silicone and reinforce just the step, my nose will get lower...
