To talk about my nose first, my natural nose was originally short and small. So about 9 years ago? I had surgery using septal cartilage, but as time passed, it gradually started to lift, and now my nostrils are way too visible; it’s a complete upturned nose. I don’t want to touch the height, I only want to lower the lifted nose, but I don’t know if there are people here similar to me. There were hospitals where the doctor didn’t even see me during the consultation lol. They said my nose has thin skin, so it’s a difficult nose with limits to how much it can be lowered... There were also many hospitals that seemed to just quote expensive prices and look at it carelessly, but after going to several places, I finally scheduled surgery after a lot of thought. What I kept looking for while going around was ultimately lowering the nasal tip that looks lifted! That one thing was the issue. Whether they can lower only the nasal tip while maintaining the height. Because my current nose also lifted later on, so it’s about whether they can take that part into account as much as possible tooㅜ? I know there’s no way around it no matter how much I talk it through with preoperative simulation, but I’m curious whether there are people who had surgery this way. Can this surgery of mine go well?... I’ll attach photos.
미용수술 But did you have an implant put in?? Then it isn’t contracture, right? Why did the nose get shorter?
12시02분 [@] I put in silicone.. It really is contractureㅠ
Sohyun7843 It’s exactly like my nose. But they told me that to lower the nasal tip, I’d have to give up some degree of nasal tip height. I’m also looking for a hospital that is good at nasal tip lengthening.ㅜㅠ Because they say that for people with short noses, even after lengthening, the skin tries to go back up again..
12시02분 [@Sohyun7843] Rightㅠㅠㅠㅠ When I was getting consultations, even at the hospital where I decided to have surgery, the director said I’d have to give up the height.. because they have to pull the skin down as much as possible.. I wonder how far my skin can come downㅠ I hope the surgery succeeds
양대장 You had surgery 9 years ago, so when did it start going up?
12시02분 [@양대장] I don’t know the exact period! It was so long ago that I had the surgery.. But it didn’t suddenly shoot up all at once; I think it went up little by little. Then I felt it really strongly this year at its peak

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
