When getting a consultation or revision surgery, do I absolutely have to bring the surgical records from the first clinic? If anyone had revision surgery without bringing them, please let me know

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
