If I have rhinoplasty using only autologous cartilage and the nasal septum is used, could the nose collapse over time because of the missing nasal septum? Then would they have to remove the septal cartilage that was used for the rhinoplasty and extend it onto the nasal septum again? I don’t know much about the nasal septum
