It’s now day 11 since I had everything removed from my nose. After the full removal, I feel like my old nose has come back by more than 90%, so I’m really happy. But when I had everything removed, I also had the cartilage tied. It was just tied, nothing was stacked up or anything, and I asked them to tie it only slightly so it absolutely wouldn’t become a pinched nose. I didn’t like that my natural nose drooped, so I asked them to tie it to improve that. But when I look at the photo, after tying it like that, I can see something like a step-off. Is it pinched? Is that amount okay, or will the nasal ala come down over time and make the step-offㅠ a bit better…
