I had all the silicone and ear cartilage removed, but after the removal I’ve been even more preoccupied with my nose ㅜㅜ Has anyone had their columella become vertically thinner after rhinoplasty or removal? I can’t find anything like this when I search ㅜㅜ Is there anyone like me? Should I say my columella has become even thinner than a young child’s? ㅜㅜ I’m worried because it’s become thin. Also, even though I had it removed, cartilage around the nostril wing or nasal tip is showing through. If anyone has experienced this, please let me know ㅜㅜ
